Tursillagh 2 was completed in 2004 and consists of 8 Vestas V-52 turbines, each with a maximum output of 850 kW. It is an extension to the Tursillagh project and displaces a further 10,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide. The electricity produced in Tursillagh & Tursillagh 2 is sold directly into the Single Electricity Market.
